Tammy understands that our relationships with ourselves and others are crucial to our well-being, making therapy a safe space to explore improving your quality of life. With a diverse focus, Tammy can help guide you through life and spiritual transitions, attachment, racial and ethnic identity issues.
She provides support during tough times like depression, anxiety, and grief, extending care to both individuals and their loved ones affected by cancer and other diseases. Caregivers and those journeying through aging will find understanding and compassion in her care. Women experiencing transitions, be it contemplating motherhood, embracing a life without children, facing empty-nest moments, navigating menopause, or career change, will find a supportive ally in Tammy.
No matter where you are in life, Tammy meets you there without judgment, incorporating various therapeutic modalities such as, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, and somatic-based approaches. With over 13 years of experience serving clients in the greater Seattle area, she's well-versed in helping individuals and couples from all walks of life, focusing on young, middle-aged, and older adults. Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. Together with Tammy, take that first step towards healing and growth in a warm, supportive, and caring environment.
On a personal note, Tammy finds joy in meditation, somatic movement and dance, music Pilates, cooking, traveling, laughter and humor, and cherishing time with her loved ones, including her sweet senior rescue dogs, Milo and Daisy.

Aschylus [uh-shy-lus] (she/her) has a heartfelt pull towards clients who are navigating their ability to be in their emotional experiences. Aschylus utilizes a relational approach due to the safety, care and courage it takes to be in our emotional experiences. Building a healthy therapeutic bond allows us to explore attachment, trauma, current stressors, interpersonal relationships, sense of self, inner child etc. In building safety with each other, it allows tremendous opportunities for exploration and self-discovery.
Aschylus works primarily with adults. She is an advocate of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Aschylus is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Experiential Didactic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), and Gottman Method. Aschylus also uses psychodynamic and Jungian approaches to connect to the inner child.
Aschylus is originally from Chicago. She obtained her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Aschylus is a plant enthusiast, enjoys writing poems and short stories, reading memoirs, and traveling.
